2. Based on these inputs, a separate copy of the model undergoes additional training to adapt it to the user's specific features.
3. After this retraining step is finished, a personalized avatar is created.
4. Once the avatar has been produced, both the retrained model copy and the uploaded image files are permanently erased from our systems. DripNectar enforces usage rules that restrict avatar generation in certain cases---for example, when nude images are used or when someone else's pictures are submitted without proper permission.
5. DripNectar does not use your personal information for broad model training or for building any separate AI-based products.

3. Correspondence and Support Records: When you reach out to us for help or to give feedback, DripNectar saves the information and files you provide, along with your contact details such as phone number or email address. This allows us to respond to your concerns and offer further assistance.
4. Facial Mapping for Editing Tools: When you make use of certain face-based adjustment or combination functions, DripNectar momentarily detects the locations and outlines of your facial features. This data is used solely to process your images and return the resulting visuals to you. DripNectar does not preserve the original images, videos, facial data, or final outputs, nor do we pass them to third parties. If your edits involve someone else's facial data, you are required to notify that person and obtain their agreement beforehand.
5. Cloud-Assisted Processing: In order to handle images and videos quickly and accurately, DripNectar may send the content or its descriptive tags to our cloud servers for effect execution. These transfers are made only for the specific processing task you request. DripNectar does not keep the materials, tags, or associated records beyond what is practically needed, nor do we reuse them or disclose them to others.

Access Permissions

To deliver better products and services and improve your overall experience, DripNectar may ask for certain permissions on your device when you use our additional features. With your agreement and following the principle of collecting only essential data, DripNectar requests the following permissions and related information:

1. External Storage Read/Write Permission -- used to handle files on your memory card for video editing tasks.

DripNectar does not upload any personal media files in the background or without your direct interaction. The interface clearly informs you before the upload takes place.
2. Data Retention & Deletion: Uploaded images are stored temporarily on our servers solely to complete your immediate processing request. All uploaded original files and their processed results are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 72 hours after the upload is completed. DripNectar does not retain, backup, or use your images for any other purpose (such as training AI models or data mining).
3. Security: All file transfers are encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols. Access is restricted to automated processing systems.

Third-Party SDKs and Service Providers

To deliver core features, process analytics, and support in-app purchases, DripNectar integrates with the following third-party software development kits (SDKs). Each SDK may collect and process certain device and usage data as described below. All such processing occurs only after you have consented to this Privacy Policy.

6. Functional Libraries (No Data Collection)
   The following tools are used solely for technical operations such as networking, image loading, media playback, local storage, and background scheduling. They do not collect, transmit, or process any personal data: Retrofit & OkHttp (networking), Glide (image loading), ExoPlayer (media playback), DataStore (local preferences), WorkManager (background tasks), and Hilt (dependency injection).
